This portfolio highlights a selection of my academic projects in marketing, analytics, and strategy. Below are some of my key projects from coursework at James Madison University, including COB 300, Marketing Analytics, and IMC. Each project showcases a different aspect of my skill set, from strategy development and team collaboration to data analysis and campaign planning. Together, they represent how I approach marketing problems and turn insights into actionable solutions.

COB 300 Business Plan

This project involved developing a full business plan for ElectriQi, a startup centered around PowerPucks, portable magnetic wireless phone chargers designed for convenience and shareability. Working in a team, we conducted market research, identified a target audience, and built a complete marketing and financial strategy. The project included competitive analysis, pricing, distribution, and promotional planning, along with detailed financial projections and operational considerations. Overall, this experience strengthened my ability to collaborate, analyze data, and translate insights into a comprehensive business strategy.

IMC Project

This project involved developing a full Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) campaign for Shenandoah Caverns, focused on increasing awareness and driving visitation. Working in a team, we created a cohesive campaign centered around the theme “Memories made in every direction,” and built out strategies across multiple channels including social media, print, and promotional materials. The project required in-depth audience analysis, brand positioning, and the creation of consistent messaging and visuals across all touchpoints. Overall, this experience strengthened my ability to develop integrated campaigns, apply creative strategy, and ensure brand consistency across different forms of media.

MKTG 482 Market Analysis Project

This project focused on using data-driven analysis to guide product development and market targeting for a potential Garmin smart water bottle . As part of a team, I helped design and analyze a consumer survey using conjoint and cluster analysis to identify which product features mattered most and how different customer segments behaved. We evaluated tradeoffs across attributes like capacity, material, lid type, and hydration tracking functionality, and used the results to develop clear product recommendations and target personas. The project strengthened my ability to translate data into actionable insights, build segmentation strategies, and support marketing decisions with quantitative analysis.
